The Founders AI provides digital branding services, including but not limited to:

• Brand Identity Sprint
• Logo design concepts
• Visual identity guidelines (colors, typography)
• Digital design files (AI, PDF, PNG)
• Related digital deliverables

All services are custom digital services delivered electronically. We do not sell physical products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Paddle, PayPal, or authorized payment providers.
• All payments are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery for the Brand Identity Sprint is within 48 business hours after successful payment and completion of the required onboarding form.
• Delivery times may vary if required information is incomplete or the client delays feedback/approvals.

5. Revisions & Scope

Unless stated otherwise in the offer:

• The service includes 2 initial design concepts.
• 1 revision round is included on the selected concept.
• Additional revisions or scope changes may require an extra fee.

Requests outside the original scope are not included.

6. Refund Policy

If no work has been delivered and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, you may contact us for a review of your case. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final delivered design for commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to display non-confidential work samples in our portfolio, website, or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of unfinished or rejected concepts.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Business success
• Sales, conversions, or revenue results
• Approval of ads by advertising platforms

Design effectiveness depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Founders AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these Terms are violated or if abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
